Workout Wednesday: Lunges



Workout Wednesday!!Do you like lunges? Yes or NoUsually the things we don't like ex: lunges or burpees are the things we need! Ugh, I know right! But it makes us stronger. And by adding variation to these moves will keep it fresh and not so boring. So we have a Lunge twist today. You can lunge forward or backwards. I like to do both because it challenges your balance differently. Do 3 sets of 15 on each leg. If you don't have a weight, use whatever you have. A pillow, a kid, jug of milk, a watermelon. Get creative
