Workout Wednesday!!!Push-ups: yes or noHere are a few ways to spice up your push-up. It starts with the easiest option to the hardest. I was struggling with the last one- those are HARD!!! hahaPush-ups work your chest, triceps, shoulders, and core muscles. A great way to train more then one muscle group at a time!!
